Warranty

T-Tekhydro ensures its electronic ballast to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty is typical 1 year from the date of purchase from local retail store or Distribution Company. Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the instructions of installation and safety code will void the warranty.

T-Tekhydro will either, repair or replace the products covered under this limited warrant. In order to request for the warranty service, customer must bring the unit with the proof of purchase to place of purchase or T-Tekhydro’s distribution partner. The shipping freight cost must be cover by the customer and NOT by the retail shop. Purchase date is based on original sales receipts and correct serial number of product written.
